30-Day Abundance Mindset Challenge

When we are conditioned into mindsets that are rooted in scarcity, often we take all the positive things in our lives for granted.

Scarcity and fear go hand in hand – and we turn that fear outward, instead of examining our own thought processes and asking ourselves if it’s true.  We suspect people and their motivations, rather than accept their humanness and realize that they have their own challenges they face.

If we fear…we do not allow ourselves to live in abundance – and accept the good things in our lives.

We focus on what is lacking. “I don’t have enough money.” “I don’t have friends.” “I don’t have love in my life.” “I am so alone.”

Scientists that study the mind say that 90% of our thoughts today are the same thoughts from yesterday and the same thoughts the day before. If 90% of our thoughts have unconsciously been developed in a culture and society that has bought into a scarcity mindset, we’re in trouble – unless we can find a way to consciously break through those thoughts to begin living a life of peace, gratitude and step into the abundance all around us.

Expressing gratitude is a place to start. Take a deep breath, and ask yourself “What are you thankful for today? What has made you smile today? Where do you find peace? Who are you thankful for?”
